Hello every one, we all know the old il2 1946 mission editor can set a light in the air, as the picture below.

But how to do the same thing in the bos mission editor?

It would be grateful if someone can give me an instruction.

Thanks!

When you select an object in ME and objects properties window is open you can see under the name model etc the coordinates of it, one of them is height, just change to what you want. For sure you can have AF fire in air because I ve done it.

Yes i can confirm this, ive done it by mistake.

Just create an land fire, set the Y (?) Coordinate to the desired height, and make sure to start the fire with the Effect -> start MCU

Check the 'Display a 3-D Object That Can Be Animated' section in JimTM's Mission Editor Manual: https://forum.il2sturmovik.com/topic/26303-il-2-sturmovik-mission-editor-and-multiplayer-server-manual/

Thanks Temuri, I have downloaded the manual and I am reading now

Thank you Volker, so I think I can do it if you have already done it, lol
