Server Commands Question

I recollect that ROF had something like a server command, where you could trigger an event inside a mission at the server level.  Am I making that up or does that exist?

 

I want to have a mission with two sorties in it for a COOP style mission, but as the Flight Lead I want to be able to trigger the second sortie ( launch subtitle, change plane sets, etc)  from outside if I can so I don't have to wait for a field event.  

 

I can solve it another way, (but this would make me the master of the universe and I like that).

Yes you have it too in Bos. it works the same way as Rof.
