I started making 2 different ones but they always have issues, because the game engine wasn't made for tanks.

 

One of the biggest challenges was crossing bridges. Thanks decide to go over the water and they die.

Tanks also die when they hit certain obstacles, so it's really difficult to make missions that are not in an open field.

 

I have a half baked tank mission that goes through Stalingrad city.

 

Given the challenges i mentioned, after the first 1/3 of the mission you are all alone. It's doable but difficult.

 

I can release it if you want it but i warn you it's not polished at all.

Here is a tank mission I abandoned. I took the time to wrap it up today. Some parts I'm pretty pleased with, but the overall gameplay wasn't fun enough IMO. Maybe some will like it anyway, so here it goes. It's played on the Moscow map.

after last update, there are no more tank mission that works!  

 

Why does team can't put tank missions in the game or in quick mission builder for to play with these?

You have to delete the binary file and resave it with the mission editor.

I don t understand.... How can I do?

Delete the mission file that ends in ".msnbin".

 

Then open the Full mission editor, in the \bin\editor\ folder.

 

From the editor open the mission you want to play and save it again with the same name.

 

It will generate a new "msnbin" file compatible with the game.

 

There is a feature in the editor to do that for all files in the folder, but it will take a while.
