How do I add a photo of my pilot when I start a career? There is a drop down menu that says 'no photo', how do I add one?

 

In settings what does 'Tracking Application' mean?

Hello here is the way : Il-2 Sturmovik Battle of Stalingrad/PWCGCampaign/BoSData/Images/PilotPictures/German/Ittalian/Russian.

You can add the picture you want but they have to be the same size as the others ones already in the file.

Then you open PWCG. On the main screen you click on the pilot's name you entered to open a campaign. You will see a new page with pilot log with a picture of a pilot: By clicking on the picture of that pilot a little screen will pop up with all the pictures of pilots. Then you can choose the picture you added as described above.
