JG5_Schuck Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Well that's a real shame, I was looking forward to a winter map and the tanks rolling in to Stalingrad! Excellent work though.

curiousGamblerr Posted July 12, 2016 Posted July 12, 2016 Thanks Tip! I came to FNBF pretty late but it was one of the best gaming experiences I've had. Really appreciate it and hope you take some well deserved time off to appreciate all the happiness you've brought to folks around the world. Some big shoes to fill!

[DBS]Tx_Tip Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 (edited) Just seeing all these old handles made me smile... Greats pilots and serious flak made for some savage engagements in the Air... and on the Ground... Well Flown All! The Campaign Mission AARs Campaign Aircraft and Ground StatsPilot Stats* Thanks for all the Memories Folks.Participation made it happen.See ya's,Tip Edited July 15, 2016 by [DBS]Tx_Tip 4
[DBS]TH0R Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 Many thanks Tip for organizing this and spending much of your free time in making this happen. DBS will definitely do more BOS/BOM missions or campaigns in the future. Thanks to all who participated and made this happen! --- I've recorded two 5 minute clips from last Friday. Still experimenting with ShadowPlay software but I think it turned out good. Keben shoots Thors`s Tank in little pieces! That was a payback for me taking him out in a T-34 earlier, as shown in 2nd clip here. Might as well been throwing rocks at that T-34. I've put 3-4 rounds into him before he fired back and got me with just 2 rounds. TBH I now see that I was showing my side so the fault is also mine. S!
56RAF_Pod Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 Thanks everyone, I really enjoyed flying with all of you and I definitely hope these missions will be back soon in one form or the other! Special thanks to Tip and DBS for making this happen!
Asgar Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 Tip, you can't just end the campaign now, Memphis and I were going to sign up this week
[DBS]Tx_Tip Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 That's better. Must of pooched the VVS aircraft pic when I was posting yesterday. Thank you for all of the comments folks. Much appreciated. See ya's, Tip 1
=FI=Blue2 Posted July 13, 2016 Posted July 13, 2016 Tip, Want to add my sincere thanks to you, as well as any of the other [DBS] guys who may have assisted, and the server owners too. Thoroughly enjoyed all the missions I got to participate in, and look forward to a new campaign sometime in the future if you choose to offer it. There are some really good offerings out there on the BOS servers, with more coming along gradually, but events like this one are special. I have the impression this one also pulled in some guys who had rarely or never flown online, and I love being a small part of something that adds new faces to our community. Enjoy your newfound free time Tip! Hope to see you on the other servers! (That goes for the rest of you too!! )
[DBS]airdoc Posted July 14, 2016 Posted July 14, 2016 Thanks for all the hard work you put in Tip, and thanks to everyone who participated in FNBFs S!

wtornado Posted August 2, 2016 Posted August 2, 2016 Since the last little patch we received has anyone else notice the change in the HE-111 on takeoff and climb? It is much more powerful and I can cruise at 350 to 360 Kph now where as before I could only get a max speed of 325 Kph with the same motor, trim and payload settings. I have the same computer and hardware and I use the same settings to fly.
Guest deleted@1562 Posted August 3, 2016 Posted August 3, 2016 Had a great time flying these missions. Thank you for that, Tip.
