Now no External Anti methods work Except FXAA/SMAA and other post Anti A injectors.

Nvidia control panel AA no longer works
Unless somebody has the correct compatibility bits
You cannot run external MSAA or SSAA or SGSSAA

SGSSAA works for me on GTX1060 368.81

SSAO adds more shadow depth, HDR adds more color bloom.

updated I turned off the HDR and SSAO on this last update seems to make the LODs harder to spot when passing in front of clouds or when you view them up against clouds the lod disappear or you lose sight of target aircraft.

hope this helps as always let me know.

Hey Mastiff, thanks, I am giving these setting a go. Question: I use reshade to make the game look nicer, should I turn it off now or continue to use it? Any experience with that?

Cheers!

This may be a really dumb ass question but I have a 1440x2560 Gsync 144 hz Monitor with my Nvidia GTX Strix 970 would this affect these video settings and does any one else use similar set up with a Gsync monitor sorry if the answer is obvious but I am new to the forum so be gentle guys.

I was using reshade but since I have turned on sharpening in the game settings I have deleted it, the game looks fine to me and I actually prefer the stock colours now too  :salute:

just make sure Vsync in your game GUI is off, you don't need that on with the 144hrz monitor.

Thanks for sharing your NCP findings. Regarding the very first Voodoo cards, that was definitely a turning point with PC graphics technology. Around that time I also bought a Renditon video card (main competitor to 3DFX) because it came with a special version of Indy Car Racing II that made the the game look incredible for the time. :)
