Tank Missions?

Is anyone working on a new one?Just curious ,I've enjoyed the ones already posted enormously & hope we can get a few more.

I had an exiting one, but river crossings were giving me a huge headache.

 

I decided to avoid the river but the new mission feels so bland that i left it unfinished.

 

It had some good parts that i might be able to recycle, but i havent worked on it for a while.

 

Sometimes you have to wait some time to get excited a about making similar missions again.

Only "Capture Seversk" and "Clearing Stalingrad" are functioning . Stalingrad is a blue event with the exception of the tanks interior. None of the flight missions load.

Update coming for 3.001?

You have to change the weather in the mission editor to fix the blue atmosphere.

If there are any tank missions to DL, could you point me to them, please?

I never played with the tanks until the other day, didn't think I'd enjoy it. But man is it ever addictive.

Tried your mission for a few minutes last night. Very nice! You picked a good time of day and the terrain is good fun. Lots of action.

There should be 'three missions' available.

I've only had time to try one for more than a few minutes, the first T-34 mission, but I'm going to take a look at all of them now. I really enjoyed that first T-34 mission. Great stuff!

 

I might try the Panzer mission, but I admit to having far more fun blowing Panzers up than driving them. They just look so wonderfully... explodable.

 

If you make more missions, I'll drive 'em.

The first T-34 one was meant to be a overwhelming no win scenario, even though one can earn a moral victory if enough enemy are destroyed.

 

The second T-34 one is really tough but might be winnable.

 

The third one in the Pz III should be winnable.

I'm looking forward to converting a few P-47 missions to tank missions - Battle of the Bulge....5th Armored, Sherman vs Tiger, etc.

I shan't be motivated to build a tank mission before that time however.
