DD today?

What might be in store for the next DD? (assuming it isn't too late, which it is).

I actually saw a sneak peak of it in my cheesedream last night, and can quote verbatim:

 

'Hey Guys, 

 

So the Spit IX is ready & has now been deployed in game with no need to update. Also, to give it an appropriate match up we are releasing the G-14 today too.

 

We are pleased to announce three new Collector Planes for BoBp; the Mosquito FB VI, AR 234B, and the C-47 (with mods available to represent an LI-2).

Since the Bf109 and Spitfire Flight, 3D and Damage Model only require Minor Changes to become G-14 and LF Mk.IX and could be created really rather quickly, it's probably gonna be the Hawker Tempest.

I was actually thinking since it would be faster and simpler to make the new 109 and Spitfire from twerking existing models that they would probably start by releasing the B25.

Actually I got my clue from Jason's live stream Q&A where he said the 109 or Spit would be first due to similarities with existing models.

No amount of twerking is going to speed things up.  If anything it can only slow it down.

Well, the Aerodynamics between the G-6 and G-14 only vary in the Tail, which is the Wooden, Taller Unit on the G-14. Apart from that they are for all intents and purposes identical. 

The other Changes are pretty much only the Cg Shift backwards due to the MW50 Tank and heavy Tail. 

And the Damage Model only has to be adjusted for the MW50 Tank. 

So that's basically a couple Week's worth of Work.

According to Wikipedia the Erla Haube was standart for the G14, too.

No biggie guys with the early access we'll get the opportunity to have some 1944 eastern front scenario, G-14 vs La5-FN and lend lease spit mk IX.

I do hope we'll get a bit of eye candy but the team is rather busy.
