The response from our guest was roughly "I will when I meet him". Amazing that a country the size of Germany seems to have as many dialects as the US. 1

TBH, a patch by the second half of April would have been sooner than I was thinking seeing as 3.001 has been, by and large, quite a successful patch. I know folks won't agree but its looking good on the whole. Some issues to sort.

It's the same sort of issues as we're seeing too. I tend not to view these issues that people are running into as a sky is falling situation. 3.001 introduced a lot of new stuff and it means that there will be problems and that problems that maybe were hiding in the background now are much more clearly presented. I know the team will sort it out. They have a really strong track record there. 1

They sure will, and have the knowledge and tools to do that, otherwise we wouldn't have reached this point of excellence with BoX. Compare it to other flightsims. Nowhere you will find such a refined (though still imperfect in several areas) product in the sim area. I hope they have the commercial endurance to go the long way. 1

I was bed ridden for the past week with a crazy flu and I honestly didn’t think about il2 once.... YES ON....... ok like five or six times... but when I finally had enough strength and a bowl of soup I popped in my uncomfortable comfy desk chair, set up my controls, and loaded up for a few circuits in the good old yak. id forgotten how beautiful this damn sim is. so after a few fly bys I went for a cruise over the front, friendly tanks were being dropped on, friendly fighter in trouble, swooped in and saved him, then there were 15 more aircraft.... whaaaat??!!? Ya victory short lived but it got my blood pumpin.. there may may be some hiccups now with the new release but that’s obviously what was expected... I can understand negativity, but at least be constructive about it... we miss you devs, you can chat with us anytime... ? 1 2
