As far as i know, yes. Jason posted it a couple of weeks ago, and the mk-108 is also mentioned in the discription of the store page.

To summarize:

- updated lighting

- 4x increase to landscape render distance

- updated cloud system (multilayer)

- new Career mode

- new Coop mode

- new planes: A-20B, P-39L-1, Yak-7B

 

I think that's it.

These proposed updates sound very promising, I look forward to seeing what they’re able to accomplish.

There might be some bug fixes in there as well. I know that the 109 elevators when damaged just completely fall off, both of them, has been talked about before. Almost like both elevators are considered 1 thing, rather than independent from each other in the DM.

True, but the Pe-2 being put on the defensive has nothing to do with the MK 108. The A-20B is coming and it is everything the Pe-2 is and more.

I think it's a .30cal for the dorsal gunner and .50cal for the ventral. Unfortunately we won't be getting the Soviet produced electrical turret, which was often fitted to the A-20 and could carry either an UB or a ShVAK IIRC.

I believe we can get our turrets later. I have plans set in motion already.

 

A .30 blocked by that huge tail section will be a disaster vs diving 30mm 109s. Right now the only chance bombers got are heavy mgs.

My bomber has forward firing guns, don't feel so safe when you fly out in front.

I hope you can outrun, outturn, etc the German fighters to be able to use those guns lol

 

A20 is going to be the Russian 88. Very good but if you got intercepted the odds won't be favorable to you.

On major patches there are always a lot of bugfixes and small improvements that are usually not pre-announced.

 

I hope they had a tiny bit of time to fix the ME loadout bug where some loadouts assigned to planes would not show in the mission.

UBT (turelnyi= for turret mounting) yes. ShVAK..no.

Soviet A20Bs were not equipped with domestic turrets as per standard. They had original 0.5 brownings equipped as was US factory standard.

I still always look back at the BoS preorder skins and think they are the best... but I cannot haz

The Blazing Steppe pre-order skin was a historic one so its possible that so will the IL-2 Model 1943 skin. I don't think we have it yet.
