DD today?

I'd rather have some more details on the new rudder force model. The last DD seemed to indicate, that it's coming in the next update - unless I misread something.

Some Spit pics would be fine too.

Some more Kuban shots would be awesome too. When is the new map released? Was it March or May?

Be careful, some might start complaining that you launch unnecessary expectations.

True, and as I indicated, I'm not 100% sure, that I read it correctly

And Lady Liberty, who in small part can be blamed for the lack of use of Columbia which has resulted in a large number of Americans not even knowing about Columbia at all.

They do if they ever listened to the old Jack Benny Show on radio.

A 500 worked on the wall, and that killed at least one Orc, so I'd say so

In Germany we have 'Vaterland' (fatherland), but 'Muttersprache' (mother tongue), as fathers, usually, don't have that much to say

That I imagine is the case in almost any language - it is in Danish ("modersmål") - since (traditionally) children first learn to talk from their mothers.

What's wrong with 20mm he damage? And then out of curiosity, what kind of damage do you expect from the aircobras 37mm?

As of now it feels as if you were HE BeeBees at an enemy Aircraft without them actually penetrating Skin, but bouncing off and exploding Outside the Airframe. Neither VYa nor MG151 HE Rounds seem to be close to the Effectiveness of the accompanying AP Rounds. They Damage a lot of Skin but don't seem to Penetrate the Aircraft Skin at all.

I don't have an opinion here, so many variables. But here's an excerpt from Red star aircobra that does not prove a thing.

Upon barely landing his damaged p-39:

“I looked at my plane’s tail. Half of the elevator was gone and the left side of the stabiliser was somewhat deformed"

Here's the interesting part. Mariinskiys mechanic that had seen many damaged aircraft first hand, then says:

“turned to me. “It wasn’t a ‘skinnie’ that hit you, their shells don’t do that sort of damage. And the bullet holes are from a large calibre.”

Excerpt From: Mariinskiy, Evgeniy. “Red Star Airacobra.”

('Skinnie' was what they named the 109.)

The background story here being that they all quietly suspect their kill hungry group-leader was yet again shoulder shooting and that this was 37mm damage.

well, actually, the American 37 only has 45g of HE, only a little more than twice as much as a German 20mm (19,5g). but it's a standard HE exploding on impact, while Mineshells used delayed fuzes that usually exploded when the shell was between 1/3 and 2/3s into the target. and when we get some German 30mm (hopefully with a collector G-6 after the Kuban release) we'll get shells with 80g of HE filler

I get the feeling that we may get a Yak-7B WIP screenshot. At least that's what I'm hoping for.

Or I'm completely wrong and it'l just be more Spit/lL2/Map screenshots, which aren't bad....

That looks evil.

So sick of the wood bucket lagg I'd trade it for a I-153

Thinking of that, and my interwar aircraft preferences aside. Introducing the 153 with such a dramatic turn-time decrease, compared to anything currently in-game could be interesting. Would enjoy rocket-strafing convoys while with that thing. Low priority, I know.

The I-153 is definetly no Beginner's Plane. I imagine it as somewhere between the old Fw190 Model with it's end over end Tumble, the I-16s Stall and the P-40s Adverse Yaw.

That Short Fuselage, Long Wings and 4 Ailerons are a recipe for Spins.
