I thought the point of this thread (presently, at least) was to avoid talking about the lack of DDs. Hence the prolixity of my off-topic rambling. 

 

Anywho, my Soldier in ME1 is so overpowered now, he's almost bulletproof. Only explosions and melee can do any damage to him at all. *Edit: oh yeah, I forgot to mention he also has considerably more health than Wrex, which I find funny.

That's a lot of questions I'm sure he has no clue about... but lets just wait.

these guys dont really seem to care about their customers at the moment (well for 6 weeks now)...

I hope they break the ice soon.. im just waiting for G6AS release anyways

That is all well and good, however "speaking for themselves" seems to be something they are not willing to do at this time.

I'd like to, because I can make decisions on paid campaigns myself, but the work on free campaigns needs to be coordinated with the management. We haven't discussed this yet.

That is your opinion and nothing more. Plenty of SP customers care about and want new Campaigns. I think it is safe to say that most everyone that is a customer or even a potential customer wants to know the Devs future plans for GB and the new project, but do we continually need to beat a dead horse until they are ready to make those announcements? It is what it is, when they think the time is right they will announce what is going to happen. IMHO, play the GB combat simulator we have, SP, Multiplayer or both, enjoy what we have, report any bugs and wait on the Devs to figure this out and make the announcement. The only constant in life is that things CONTINUALLY change. We are in the middle of change, play the game, enjoy what we have.

Indeed, I personally care about the campaigns. I've really grown to like them and nowadays I tend to mix it up between scripted campaigns and PCWG. I'd certainly love to see more campaigns coming regardless of what the plans are for the franchise more generally

Looks like the team is working on having simple and complex FM at the same time. We dont know this for sure until is officially announced!

But if this is true, this is great news to have a bigger amount of aircraft at the same time, like bomber formations.

But, until its announced, lets think of this as what can happen in the future  Looks like it will take some months, but I am sure we will be happy with the result.

Really? That part was always a major shortcoming for the game. It was used as a talking point and bragging tool for the developers, but it didn't really do much for us, other that greatly limit what we can do in game.
