Why not? That is a cool looking plane. Pretty week armament, but it just looks badass to me, even though it isn't.

IAR is a plane I would have bought and I think I have. It is too good to be a underdog but with me in it , it will. And I always fly underdogs

IAR licensed the gnome rhone 14k, so did italy and russia, it is in just about every type of possible plane for many years. Neat and understated engine! We already have it in the hs129, of we get italy we could have it in the s79, or z1007! Or early war russia with su2 or db3!

Quite simply BM, and I've said it numerous times on this and any other gaming site I'm on, my days of buying anything that doesn't interest me in the slightest, just because it's part of a game I've been following are long gone.

This aircraft I know for a fact I will never fly in a career or just for fun... therefore it's of no use to me.

Another factor is that I have been fully retired for some time now and I only have my pensions to live on so funds are more scarce... 

I only have my motorcycling and pc gaming left out of many interests I had, so if any flight sim company want my money they will have to produce something I really want.

Was not exactly in Douaumont actually. It was in Bois des Caures. And he is still there. Somewhere in the blood soaked soil of the battlefield.
