Yes and with Petrovich gone I imagine there is bit of sorting out who is at the helm engineer wise, and is another module feasible and when to announce it. I imagine finishing more of what is already on there plate is the focus, but who knows?

Why not let the devs get Normandy finished, get the C47 implemented, and get the WW1 birds and the 2 new AFVs done before peppering them with wild speculation about the next installment in the series?

 

With all the above, and the shake up in staffing, I think the team and Jason have enough on their plate for the time being.

I'm happy with what they can offer for now and will pationately wait for what there will come in the future when it's done.

Maybe today they'll announce that the B-25 and B-26 will be up for pre-order as flyable soon.

In the mean while we can start speculating when they'll start working on B-17's and Lancasters.

Hahah defo, but as a bonus, we'll have the Halifax and the HE 219 as well, as well as a fully working Lichtenstein radar set for the 110 and 219.

Time has not been good to the "Iron Eagle" movies.... but yeah, the soundtrack is solid.

 

Actually kinda surprised the USAF has never bothered to have their own legit "Top Gun"... The USN is wiping the floor with them as far as bad ass aviation movies (Top Gun, Top Gun: Maverick, The Final Countdown, Flight of the Intruder...soon Devotion) are concerned.

The Air Force has missed the boat entirely.

 

Edit: Actually all things considered, all the movies you mentioned are pretty damn good by Hollywood standards. Looking forward to Devotion!

However, I don't think Hudner had a kill though? Not 100% sure... Somewhat related, A-1 Skyraiders had at least 1 Mig kill during the Vietnam war too.

The Navy is quite good at PR - Top Gun, Navy Seals, Blue Angels, etc. They're not often considered the best, but often the best known.

I bet the devs are taking a break post Normandy release. I doubt we’ll see any news on collector vehicles/planes until next week or perhaps later. I doubt the teaser/riddle for the next theater will be posted until at least a month has gone by

Doesn't matter. Plenty of Air Force recruiters hung out outside the theaters when Top Gun 2 was out, and plenty of people signed up because they didn't know the difference.
