Ignored requests for dserver account

Hi to all!

I'm writing this post in behalf of 102n-YU-SQ an old squad (since 2001.)

 

We have capable dedicated machine which until recently was hosting coop server for IL-2 1946 (HSFX) and numerous SEOW campaigns. Considering the state of community and it's level of activity, majority of us think that is time to move on and dedicate our free time and be more active in flying BoS and hopefully it's sequels. So wanted to setup our server which fit our needs (other servers are either too full, too empty or have auto-balancing) and first step was to acquire dserver account, obviously. But our repeated requests during past month and a half (in following form) were ignored with no reply by Customer Support.

I even wrote PM to one of the developers hoping to get some help on that simple matter and it also went without an answer. Naturally we started wondering is there something wrong with our request ticket, text formulation or developers stopped at issuing dserver accounts, CS is on vacation or something else?

 

So I'm hoping that starting this thread will get us some answers and help us moving forward.

How much time was needed? Because i sended the ticket but i haven' received any email that stated that the ticket was successfully delivered!

 

Is there a list of my opened ticket?

hello,

 

I too haven't received my server licence.

Already done multiple ticket with the good text in it since begining of april.

I've never receveid any answer nor key.

 

This account is correctly activated (link clicked in my mailbox), doesn't have any plane, and a separate mail address than my game account.

 

What did i forgot to do do have the key please? Any clue?

 

Thanks for any ideas you can give as i'm now totally lost on how to have a key!

we are having the same issues...we opened a support ticked and didnt receive an answer...

however we are still unsure about the correct procedure.

we are renting a big server based in germany and would like to start to host a 24/7 server for BOS, but are pretty clueless how to do it. ive read this thread and opened a support ticket according to it...are there any others steps included we have to follow to create a server for BOS?

@ and @@9./JG27DavidRed, from which account did you send the request? It has to be from an account that has bought the game, not a new account you might have created for the purpose of running Dserver. You will need to create a new account, but normally you do that after receiving the key.

hey coconut...mh yes, thats what i did...i opened a ticket from my account...i have to confess, it was only 3days ago, but reading comments here that it should normally only take 1 to 2 workdays, i am worried that we did something wrong.

Any News so far? I haven't got my key aswell :(

I have now sent in 2 requests and have been waiting a couple of weeks, still no response.

We got the key eventually. But we also sent ticket to support from Russian site and using Russian in ticket. So, I don't know which ticket did the job, couple of them sent from international or Russian support :unsure:

and also requested the key server a few weeks ago, I wonder if still delivered or delivered not more?

Well, 3 weeks and counting

 

You must request the key while logged in via your normal account (the one with BoS activated on it). I sent my ticket to today and promptly received my key.
