RedeyeStorm Posted April 20, 2024 Posted April 20, 2024 Brief description: Tank crew, Sherman bowgunner. Detailed description: The keybind to go to the bowgunners position does not work. The only way to go to his position is by pressing LCTRL+C. Assigning that key to a joystick button does not work either.

I'm using custom controller profile for the plane. Landing lights, cockpit lights, navigation lights don't work from other than default inputs from the keyboard. The issue is similar to the esc button. The game recognizes my external controller just fine and maps the inputs correctly. I'm using VKB FSM-GA connected to SEM. Edit. LW_Pilot777 Posted September 18, 2024 Posted September 18, 2024 Brief description: Custom Key mapping for other planes etc Detailed description, conditions: Everytime You restart mission do new one on mission builder etc your custom setting for throttle or joystick for example back automatically to your first ,, non custom ,, setting ( don`t confuse with default keys setting ) it`s little hard to describe but changing key mapping all the time for each plane every restart mission or build new one is little annoying it should be constant till the exit from game or manual change

Kubert Posted May 29 Posted May 29 I found some inconsistencies in two backgrounds for R.A.F. pilot. Specifically East End Lad and Polish POW. It looks like they wasn't updated after Battle of Normandy release and now they involve some time travel, if we start career before Operation Overlord.

Detailed description, conditions: Down position is marked in Russian language "BOGATAJA" so RICH! But game shows you engine mixture 0%!!! and top position is "BEDNAJA" = LEAN and game shows 100%...that's only problem. But many players mean that aircraft is garbage...because they use mixture 100% and dont know that engines have LEAN mixture and that causes low power and overheating. Thanks guys. LF_Mark_Krieger Posted June 9 Posted June 9 (edited) Game doesn't save hidden map and deactivated instrument panel in the flight interface and when you restart the game, compact map and show instrument panel options are activated again. Edit: I see it is not a bug and it is as intended by the developers since 5.103. I understand that some people presses letter h, m or i accidentaly and dont know how to activate the hud again, but wouldn't be better if we change the i to activate the instrument panel for ctrl+i, ctrl+m or something like that? If we do that there would not be accidental deactivating of the instrument panel and the players that want to start each mission with the "clean" screen without loosing our option every time we restart the game could do it, because it is a bit annoying. Tony_Kito Posted Wednesday at 03:59 PM Posted Wednesday at 03:59 PM (edited) Brief description: Radio chatter messages lingering on screen indefinitely Detailed description, conditions: Radio messages/subtitles linger on the screen for an indefinite amount of time if the player pauses during the audio message's playback, these messages can stack and cause a horrible eyesore that effectively lasts the whole mission. It can be replicated by pausing, unpausing and pausing again during message playback. It can occur to fully opaque messages as well as ones undergoing the "fade out" dissolve after their display timeout. This is a problem that has existed for a long time but only now have I figured out the root cause. Additional assets (videos, screenshots, logs): Exhibit 1: Three messages stuck on screen, middle message is almost completely faded out but still lingers Exhibit 2: the discontinuity of the two "stuck" messages with the message log up, those two messages were the only ones of this log where I paused during their playback Exhibit 3: An extreme example of the mentioned bug, I paused during the playback of all of these messages, and during the fadout of the 2nd message, and now they're all stuck. Exhibit 4: Same discontinuity seen on Exhibit 2, the messages that don't get stuck are the ones I did not pause on. Edited Wednesday at 04:00 PM by Tony_Kito 1
