startrekmike, sadly I doubt we'll see a release today although anything is possible. I'd be very surprised if we see a release before the usual Friday update, simply so they can give us more goodies for waiting patiently.

 

I'm sure Zak will let us know as soon as they're ready like they usually do.

I'd be surprised if they skipped the update altogether given the official post at the top of this topic. They've been very good at telling us exactly what the plan is all along and not really deviating once they've laid it down.

 

Anything is possible, of course, but if they change their plan from the red post above I expect they'll make a new post detailing what they're going to do and why.

Great! Took Gustav for a quick spin and it seems that the AAA is working again. They shot me down, crash landed with engine smoking and tested the new propellor DM right away

So it has been a while since I have flown this - got today's update and thought I would give it a quick go.

Loaded up in QMB a dogfight, Yak versus 109.

 

I flew the Yak -  I must be way out of touch, the controls seemed so overly sensitive to me - and trying to fight the 109, all the 109 did was just climb, and climb, and climb - no way could I keep up with him. And I had a really hard time controlling the Yak.

 

Exited out of there, will try again later...

Had been better during the last two or three updates. I frequently now get slide shows.

That should be supported with the update, right? 

 

In the game the Multi GPU switch is not clickable...In the Launcher, I have the multi GPU switch clicked, but SLI is not enabled when game is running

SLI is enabled by default, we're testing autodetect. So you don't need to try to enable it in the game.

Make sure you're running default video driver configs.

If it still seems to be not working please talk to our customer support.

The reason is that the game tends to crash when running on Low graphic quality preset, so we decided to fix it ASAP, also considering that here in Russia a big spring holiday is coming up and there will bee no updates from May 1st till May 4th.

Could you also check why with this update some heavy stuttering appeared? Never been that severe for me and little to no stuttering during the past few updates.

The new update is great, the in-cockpit shadows are smoother, the intro hanger looks brighter, the clouds are fantastic.

 

With the addition of the G2, a really good update. Love the bendy props too.

Did the update without problems, but now I can´t log into the game. I get this:

 

#1 no connection to authorization server.

#2 Your connection to Master-Server wsa temporaruly lost. Check Your internet connection..

 

My Internetconnection is fine!!

Any ideas?

 

 

edit: What ever the problem was, after many trys I finally could get into the game.

         Strange....never had such an issue....

The Bf-109G-2 is broken or at least I think so. I can only fly at 100+%. If I set my throttle to 75% the Ata goes from 1.30 to .40. There is no middle setting and I can fly all day long at full power without over heating. But it sure is way faster and climbs harder.
