HE-111 enemy ai issue

So I have run into a slight bug with the AI when flying the HE-111. I threw together a quick flight where it was just my HE111 vs a full flight Yak-1s and LAGGs. The ai makes a head on pass then all line up behind my bomber where they, one by one, shoot at my plane then fly directly into the rear of my plane, or try and avoid it and bounce off of the wings or the top. I see them trying to break, but they do it too late.
