How can I show FPS in BOS?

There is no in game fps counter in BoS.  To display fps I use either this;

You can use programs like Fraps or Playclaw.

 

Is there any advantage for seeing fps on game anyways? It just disturbs your view..

It will come in handy for when the game releases and we get all the advanced graphics settings my dream is to maintain 60 at all times haha
