Could you share me the engine setting for climbing?

I'm having a hard time get this thing over 1000m

With the IL2 you can run it full throttle and 2050 rpm until it starts overheating then you have to cut back to 1050 mani pressure. I rotate at 150kph and stay in ground effect until 250. I haven't worked out weather it's better to run more throttle and open radiators or less with half closed radiators yet. It doesn't climb well at all.
