Yeah, I think it'll run it. I mean, you won't get the best results in the world, but I'm running 6GB of Ram and have 2 ATIs on Crossfire and it runs RoF like a charm.

This is a yard stick, things to keep in mind:

 

BOS may go a little higher than what's stated, by how much is unknown at this time. By fiddling with video and effects settings you maybe able to achieve performance satisfactory to your needs.

 

Have you downloaded Rise of Flight? Its free to download and it uses the same engine as BOS (even if its an older version), this will give you a better idea.

On very low graphics settings maybe ... But I think NOT.

ATI 5670 is worse Than 8800GTX also worse Nvidia 260 + or  ATI 5850.

 

Your system it´s a RIG of 2007 year ( Q6600 )  , maybe ... is almost impossible to run a game from 2013 or 2014

in my last pc i had a q6600 ( with a Nvidia 560 ti 1 GB) with a windscreen resolution of 1920x1200 .the game run smoothly but i was not on the max settings ( i had to reduce a bit) but it was really acceptable.hope it helps you.

I have a Q6700@2.6 GHz, a 1GB 460GTX, 4GB RAM and Windows 7 64. I can run ROF and CloD nicely, although I have to put the graphics on medium to high and I play at 1280*1024 (still have an old 17"CRT, won't get higher anyway).

 

As said above your graphics card is probably under specs, even if I started playing ROF with a 512MB 8800 GTS and 4 GB RAM under Win XP 32, but the graphic engine has already evolved since.

I play ROF on medium/high graphics with no problem.

Also Kerbal Space program/Napoleon total war with minimum lag.
