Cliffs of Dover steam edition Can't launch game, Emergency help please~~

hello,I Can't launch IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover game, Emergency help please ~~

1、when finfished download game, when launch game, my profile will change to green(in game), after 2 second change bcak to bule, other no any response，still stay in desktop.

2、I try install "Steam\SteamApps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover\redist" vcredist_x86 or Directx, no use .....

3、I try use "verify intergity of game change", no use .....

4、I try delete game and re-download, no use .....

but my pc other game is all ok, shogun2, Civilization V, Hearts of Iron 3,Red Orchestra 2, DCS war  all can play, please help me

Cliffs of Dover is not officially supported by your OS version (Win8).

Well, in practical terms CloD is a "dead" game, no longer supported. Use "as is".

Take your wjole game folder and put it in your C:/ drive. Steam is a terrible sould sucking game service that takes up a lot of memory while you p;lay a game taking away precious memory bytes and bandwith.

The loader works great. Can't believe they'd abandoned it just like that. Simple solution for a simple problem.
