Alright, not really, but worth a look none the less, particularly given its views on strategic bombing. (And US propaganda, it really hasn't changed much...)

On the other hand, can you imagine being a young US bomber crewman going out to see this film in 1943 just before going to Britain to do what this film promised and then coming across what the reality really was for the bombers "who'd always get through"?

I always find it fascinating how they used to teach this and show this to kids!

WWII stuff is pretty much the same as Hollywood movies today  :lol: ...... :salute:

Thank goodness we get all the great Canadian films here too as a counter balance.

 

Disney made a ton of WWII era documentaries aimed at helping the war effort.
