Did it have MW50? I was just wondering when MW50 was first introduced in Luftwaffe aircraft.

No, it did not. The first models of the 109 to have MW 50 fitted were the G-6/R2 and the G-14.

Serial production G-1/2/3/4 did not have MW 50 boost fitted, as LukeFF noted these only become serial boosts in 1944, with G-6 and later subtypes.

Apparantly at least one G-4 was experimentally fitted with MW 50 boost, and it produced a top speed of 580 km/h at SL and 670 km/h at 4900m, at 1,7 ata boost.

Thanks Kurfurst! 1.7 ata, that's impressive for a DB 605!
