According to the developer, the FMB will be available for all? This is just speculation, but it looks like it.

It has been already stated that the FMB will be avaiible for everybody after release, and maybe, if the game is a big success with it is expansions, they also would consider in making a better FMB

QFA? The devs said in one of the many update-related discussions maybe sometime around New Year. But I'm just happy that they've said they're working on it.
