=LD=4brkfast Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 I tried reversing the throttle both in game and with the profile software for the G940. Followed the setup instructions to declare the inceasing and decreasing vectors both ways for either the 1st or 2nd throttle. Most of the time the rearward position ends up bound to 100%, meaning it's backwards despite flipping the switching between positive and negative axis, with or without inversing the axis in game or in the profile software. It stays the same no matter what I do usually. Once I do get the setting sorted out so the forward position is 100% the setting will inverse again sometime during mid-flight back to the rearward position being 100%. Anybody else having this issue? I looked through for a bug report section or anything written about this issue and failed to find anything prevalent. It wouldn't be as much of an issue once the setting is sorted out if it did not switch back during a flight. Btw, flying after a hiatus and am very impressed with the La-5 and 190 both. The 190 in particular is an absolute blast to stall fight in. Super cool!
1./JG42Nephris Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 Same here since felt 4 months. Fiffling around with the deadzone only helps me out. However I ve to re-fiddle each game restart. Very annoying of course
OBT-Psycho Posted August 15, 2014 Posted August 15, 2014 I guess I have fairly same behaviour with my throttle. I discovered that once put in "mode 2", everything goes back to normal. I don't really know why it behaves like this, but as long as I can work my way around it I am fine. It reduces ability to set up a complete profile on the 3 mode avalaible on the hotas, but as there is not so much keys to map it is not really an issue. I notice some interference though. I have to fiddle with throttles lever to make the X axis on the lower at to work. But this may be due to a broken wire, as it occurs a lot with this due to low end/too short cable. I will have to open it to replace the faulty wire. BTW I tried several times to set my thottle axis correctly, but not matter what I do have to play with deadzone after every start like Nephris.
JaMz Posted October 22, 2014 Posted October 22, 2014 Did you find out what this issue was..because I have the very same symtoms now
OBT-Psycho Posted October 24, 2014 Posted October 24, 2014 I manage to "cure" this issue. or at least it did'nt showed up lately. You just have to delete the input file and redo it from scratch. we all had to do it before on of the updates, and since then everything seems to be ok
TRA_Rogue Posted October 25, 2014 Posted October 25, 2014 I've had these issues as well. I just stopped using Logitech profiler altogether and just configured everything in-game. The only minor issue I'm having is having to press brakes at the start of every flight because they always start as pushed in.
