I can try call my friend if he still has the old Cougar left and see the pins on it, but not 100% sure.

I have a spare cable that I repaired while I was waiting for a new one to arrive from Guillemot. I will try to find it and check the pin outs for you. A solution shouldn't be too far away :)

Thank you!I'll wait

Found the cable. I hope this is what you need. I have notated the plug as per your diagram and labeled the wires to match.

You're welcome. I'm always happy to help a fellow Cougar owner if I can. Hope it's a successful outcome.

Hi everybody,

I hate necroposting as much as everybody else, but I'm faced with the exact same problem and I'm getting desperate.
Went over to CougarWorld (don't have the schematics I need), got in touch with RedDog (who didn't help out) and the only other guy with a Cougar I know has vanished since.

If I have to look elsewhere, FML. I just hope somebody has backed up those schematics (thx imageshack) or is otherwise able to provide some so I can get to soldering.

Thank you very much.

Riv!

Took way longer than I would have liked, but I finally got it done without any complications...but with a bit of help I have to admit.
Already looking at getting a hal kit and doing something about the internals. It's still in rather good shape, but you know how these joysticks are.

The most difficult thing might be readjusting to the stick after such a long time. Thankfully weekend is coming soon. :)

Thank you so much for your help!
