As far as WW2-history television goes, the "Soviet Storm" series is propably the best (Not sure that's saying a whole lot).

I'm surprised there was little if any mention of Soviet air activities in the area of Stalingrad.  Weren't these He111 and Stuka raids over Stalingrad ever disrupted by Soviet aircraft.
