Single player missions that actually work?

In general all SP missions are working.

The topic with the previous version was only that the Resaver did not work.

But in general normally older missions are working. I would just try out them.

I have just now tried for test a SP Mission created by my in December 2022 and it works.

Only if you encounter an issue / error you should resave them.
