Klausen77 Posted November 23 Posted November 23 (edited) Hi I REALLY hope someone can help me out. In Flying Circus I am unable to control the planes throttle. I works fine in Battle for Stalingrad. I have tried: To reset keybindings Disable Engine Auto Control Disable Autopilot Disable Throttle Auto limit Bind to different keys / Axis Verified no conflict with Keys / Axis Uninstall / reinstall the game including verified files where correctly deleted I am using Logitech Extreme3dPro joystick and Thrustmaster TWCS throttle. I have IL-2 Battle for Stalingrad and Flying Circus IV I think it is strange that it works fine in Battle for Stalingrad but not in Flying Circus. Really hope someone have can help Edited November 23 by Klausen77

J37_Daedallus Posted November 23 Posted November 23 If you are flying the Eindecker E3, it has no throttle control, just a blip switch. 1

I am using global profile, Have also tried tried making another profile to see if it works then, but sadly not. 1 hour ago, J37_Daedallus said: If you are flying the Eindecker E3, it has no throttle control, just a blip switch. Hi Thanks for responding. It is both on UK, and German aircrafts. also in quick battles but again only with WWI aircrafts 1
JGr2/J5_Baeumer Posted November 23 Posted November 23 @Klausen77 You need to map a BLIP switch to your joystick or use the blip switch keyboard command. The EIII ONLY had an on/off engine blip switch in real history and has been modeled that way in this flight sim, as other experienced players are telling you. The global throttle control curve setting option you show a picture of is there for ALL planes but DOES NOT WORK or have any effect whatsoever on the EIII. Because the EIII has no throttle control. The blip switch control is immediately above the throttle setting in your picture, by the way! 1

But I can get it to work if I start by using BLIP... Strange, but I can live with this workaround. Thanks for all the answers
RNAS10_Mitchell Posted November 24 Posted November 24 Can you post a screen shot of your throttle mapping ?
