co-pilot multiplayer possible?

Is it possible to create a multiplayer mission with one aircraft, say sitting on a runway (ie c-47) where two players occupy the cockpit? 

 

Ideally I would like to give some landing and take off lessons and the C-47 works very well for this.

 

I'm not sure how to 'force' two people to the same plane, or even give the option.  Any ideas?

If you are suggesting that both should be capable of flying the plane, it can't be done. 'Copilot' has never been amongst the multiplayer-selectable crew, and the developers have given no indication of ever wishing to do it. It would involve a great deal of work, and as other sims have shown, is inevitably buggy. There's just too much data that needs to be moved about to keep everything in sync. If you want that, you'll have to find a sim that supports it, and put up with the bugs.
