Screen tweaking out when recorded or streamed

In the following video you should see what I mean. This occurs when I record with OBS or stream on discord. It just randomly started happening in the last few days. It also stops when I alt-tab away. The same issue occurs regardless of if im on flatscreen or vr, and its a unique to IL-2 issue. The game screen itself looks normal, its only odd in OBS. Any possible solutions? Settings that could have caused this? Thanks in advance for any help
 

 

First thing im trying is deleting startup.cfg.

startup.cfg deletion didnt work. But if I run the game at a lower resolution it doesnt glitch. Not a solution.
validating game files didnt work
It could have been caused by the new update. A video I took from 9 November, before the update, is fine. If I dont get any solutions by tommorow ill try reinstalling, but im not sure what else to do besides that.
