Lost RoF info - Locked Out

Hi all,

 

has anything changed for logging into RoF? I wanted to fly it again after being in VR since 2016 and wanting something interesting to fly "pancake" when I have VR strain, Rise of Flight was the first thing to come to mind and I had an old back-up (as well as my original disc).

 

I copied the back-up to my current PC and was then able to use the updater to get it , well, up to date! But I can't log in. I have my original details, but they are denied. I also tried my current IL-2 GB account details - which were also denied.

 

Short of asking support (and potentially no help as it's long out of date - at least that's the response I've had from certain other combat flight sim developers - no names, no pack drill...) I'm at a loss. The original RoF account email address is long since closed down, but in any case I'm baffled as to why both account details are being rejected.

Last I checked, you could still purchase ROF? So might be worth contacting support.

Try running the update again.

As I recall there was a point when you had to run it twice..

 

RoF is still working, so you should get this sorted.

Sorted - found a third password in an old protected archive which turned out to be the right one. I really need to do some PC admin!
