What are the best quick start settings (map, plane, weather etc.) to stress test my system?

Hi all

 

Before I get excited and learn to pilot, I would like to maximise the settings so I can forget about them.

 

I have Stalingrad, Moscow and Kuban.  Will only play single player or co-op with a single friend.

 

I have set up the controls and can fly and land planes and could probably survive long enough in combat to test FPS

 

Could someone suggest mission type, weather, starting height, map location and anything else you can think of that will stress test my system to the max the game could ever through at me.
