[MOD] revised_cruising&climbing_speeds(WIP)

FEATURES
Set minimum cruising speed as true air speed the aircraft can reach at four thousands meters of altitude (or max available altitude if less than 4km) with 75% of its power. Same value has been applied to maximum permissible climbing speed. In a few instances has been retouched also landing approach speed. This mod applies only to AI controlled aircraft.

INSTALLATION
This mod has been built to be installed by Jone Soft Generic Mod Enabler. Unzip into the relevant folder and install by JSGME. Remove by same means if you don't like, thus restoring stock files. Your game must be set for mods, of course.

WARNING!
Present mod is at alpha state, not all aircraft have been tested by author. Please let me know if you encounter troubles. Any contructive comment will be welcomed!

ATTENTION!
Not all flyable aircraft are included: it matters mainly of single-seaters and a few two-seaters. Let me know of your special requests for possible, future updates.
