Easy Mission Generator and Coop suddenly inoperable

Hello, I'm hoping to find some help with simple mission making for IL-2 Coop. 

In the past I used Easy Mission Generator to great effect, simply setting the parameters and saving to my missions folder and launching a server through the coop multiplayer menu, as intended. However several months ago suddenly when launching the multiplayer Coop servers my game would stick on a black screen, and fully crash. It would not work at all after each launch attempt as several files where being corrupted. This was not happening within the dogfight mode, only coop. I tried reinstalling, moving the game between drives, everything short of a pagen ritual to get the game to work. Nothing. After giving it some time and DCS a fair shakedown (it somehow works much better on my system) im ready to try and get this fixed, but now with a fresh install on a new drive and a fresh copy of EMG i cant even save a mission. Im given the error "Could not re-save mission in .msbin!" Has anyone experienced any of these issues? I love doing coop sorties with friends in this game, and these seemingly random issues that cropped up without any updates or file changes being made are killing any enjoyment of the title i might have had and all forum posts on the subject are several years old and of no help.

Are your issues with EMG or with the mission editor of IL2 itself?

 

If you have a coop mission that doesn't work with your system you could upload it here (zip it first) so we can check what is going on.

Right now, both. Originally the issue was just IL-2 crashing when loading coop but now my EMG cant resave and im totally dead in the water. I can test more on the Il-2 loading issue if I get EMG working again and can make a test mission. EMG currently fails on re-save.

In that case...please find the config.ini file in EMG folder and upload it here so I can check it.
