HSD seems functional, but suddenly never finishes the starting download process

I've attached the log file. It seems that the downloader can never find the file it's looking for, and just perpetually tries to repeat the process. I've tried it with many skins so it isn't skin specific. 

 

Is HSD down, or dead? I was using this successfully before the most recent IL-2 update, in case that affected anything.
