Newbie Help!

Ok, I just installed SRS and have three servers added: Tacticalairwar, Finnish and Combat Box.

 

1.) It looks like I am on voice activated. How do I bind it to press to talk?

 

2.) Where do I check to make sure I am only transmitting on one side? For instance, just the axis side?
