How do i install the game from the Sturmovik site ?

Hallo folks,

i bought the game years ago and want to delete it and install new on other rig.

How do i install it without having to buy it again ?

Pretty sure you just use the launcher to uninstall, then youre all good to reinstall on another machine

You don't need the launcher to uninstall anything, as the game doesn't make any registry entries - just deleting the folder where it's installed is sufficient.
