Missing training and campaign missions in IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover Blitz (Steam, Windows 11)

Hello,

 

I’m having trouble with my installation of IL-2 Sturmovik: Cliffs of Dover Blitz on Windows 11 (Steam version).

 

The game installs and launches correctly, but several mission folders are missing.

In the directory:

 

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\missions\

 

I only have the folders “single” and “multi” — the “Training”, “RAF”, and “Luftwaffe” folders never appear, even after verifying files, reinstalling the game, running Steam as Administrator, and switching the game language to English.

 

Because of this, I cannot access any training missions or campaign missions inside the game menus.

 

Could you please help me restore or download the missing mission files?

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Well. First of all those folders should not be in folder you specified. They are in:

 

<PathToYourSteamLibrary>\steamapps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\parts\bob\mission

 

That is very strange that you do not have access to training missions and campaigns for RAF and LW in game.

Hi jmm0067,

 

check if your folder Steam\steamapps\common\IL-2 Sturmovik Cliffs of Dover Blitz\parts\bob\mission contains sub-folders training and campaing\campaign_de and campaign\campaign_gb.

 

If not, I would try checking rhe game installation in your Steam client by selecting Properties... - Installed Files - Verify integrity of game files.
