(MOD WIP) Awards in etui (Germany)

At the moment awards just float in the air on the screen, after I'm done, you will have them in an etui, everything historically and period accurate. Once rewarded, soldiers were then able to purchase that item.

In general, we could divide some of the awards/medals into two categories, and that is soft/solid, that is not by any means official, but to an ordinary person it will make things way easier.

Soft is the type of item that could have been then sawn onto the uniform, while the solid (metal - or basically any other alloy type) is the type that the soldier was usually given.

If you are into immersion, then you can pretend like your uniform has all the cloth type awards sawn onto, and those in the box were sent back home to your parents, or any other reason you can think of.

Today the same things happen, combat dress gets the cloth variants, while service gets the metal.

x Iron Cross will be getting an update, I didn't create a topic about it being wrong, as there were many official producers of awards, and there are many variants of everything. I will go with the one that is just what it should be, rather than what is in the game.

- There are two sets of rewards, 1st was fixed to include swastika, 2nd wasn't. I'm only updating the first set at the moment.
