Flying Circus - "Ground Vibration" Telemetry FFB data is constantly being sent for all WWI aircraft

With the current sale on Steam - and as someone who loved Rise of Flight - I decided to finally purchase all the Flying Circus DLC. Excited to revisit the WWI experience, I grabbed my FFB joystick and jumped in. Immediately I knew something was off - the joystick was violently jerking all around whilst intensely vibrating, and I hadn't even started my engine!? No matter what WWI airplane I jump into, I get the exact same behavior; something that hasn't happen with any of the WWII aircraft that I've flown but happens for every single WWI aircraft. What I noticed? "Ground Vibration" Telemetry FFB data is constantly being sent to the joystick; the same telemetry FFB data that is sent when landing!

I can provide you with a lot more screen shots, but it should be something pretty easy to debug...
