Making more, or all, planes available for "Equipment Request" function in PWCG FC?

I would like to make alterations to what planes are available for use in FC at various times, often the only plane I can select is the Halberstadt DII. I would also like to be able to choose, at my discretion, "captured" planes so that I can fly a Fokker Dr.I as a Brit. 

 

 So is there a realistic way to make it so I can change plane availability for request? How about altering the cut-off date (not start date) so I can still fly outdated planes? Dolphin vs. Eindecker would be a fun challenge.
