Hydrodome in Fakefield MCU

1) Curious: what does the Hydrodome box do with a fakefield Airfield Advanced MCU?

 

 

2) PS Patrick's PWG generator is full of them, set as country related Linked Entries, but what's the use, there are no plane spawns mostly?
