BlackAngel2003 Posted 21 hours ago Posted 21 hours ago Hi,I recently bought a Boden Pratt and have flown the ME262 for a while. Overall, it is a satisfactory aircraft: it has many essential details in actual operation, such as the fuel pump valve only starting to pump fuel when the front and rear fuel tanks of the fuselage are less than 600 liters, and the fuel pumps in the front and rear fuel tanks of the fuselage only start at around 9,700 meters to increase fuel pressure and prevent vaporization. The front windshield heating starts around 1,500 meters after takeoff, etc. Based on my usage experience during this period, I have summed up two questions: I saw the Luftwaffe Handbook's description of the ME262 engine startup procedure and had a question about the ME262 startup procedure animation: Based on the content expressed in it, should the startup procedure animation be slightly adjusted to make it look more reasonable? That is, when the engine speed reaches 2000rpm, the fuel selection valve should move to the engaged position before the accelerator is pressed, and the engaged positions of the two engines should be for different fuel tanks (for example, it can be assumed that the left engine uses the front fuel tank and the right engine uses the rear fuel tank), rather than the fuel selection valve moving to the engaged position only after the accelerator is slowly moved to the slow position. And after takeoff, it was suddenly changed to the connection position of a different fuel tank. 2. Could the animation of the Master Arm switch located on the ammunition counter panel and the corresponding key control be added to further enhance the realism? This enables people with no experience in operation to clearly know: "Oh, so the weapon system needs to be turned on this switch to be used. Now I know how to turn on the weapon system, even though I haven't played the one-minute simulation game before." If this is rather troublesome, could the animation of the Master Arm switch be added to the startup program? In this way, people can at least know: "As long as I strictly and unchanging operate as taught in the startup program animation, the plane can take off and the weapon system can operate normally."Any .suggestions will be appreciated! 1
