How do players apply to join the VR Beta?

I have read and seen quite a few VR headset owners asking how they join the Beta.

With Buzzsaw absent and not answering DM's here or on ATAG (and usually the contact given for these VR testers to contact), who should these potential Beta testers be requested to contact so they can help with the process?
