Can't load map image for tank crew

Hi Pat, every time I try to generate a mission, in the map screen, I get this error. The map image won't load so I can't determine where I spawn or where the mission goes. I don't have this problem in the other PWGCs. Also, in the intel screen the map *does* load. I've verified that this file exists, is named correctly, and I've tried to run the .exe as an admin. I've uninstalled and reinstalled a few times and no change. I think my java is up to date too. Got any ideas?
