Anyone can help me to understand the Yak-9 Iron Sight? Like correspondence between circles and milliradians for estimate range and deflection shoot.

But unfortunately there's none for iron sights. While deflection will come with experience, for memorizing distances I'd suggest making a quick sortie with friendly AI and markers ON. Then just check what distances correspond to outer and inner rings respectively.

I don't have any documentation on the Yak 9's Iron Sight BB-1. 

 

Based on my own in-game tests, I estimate that the small deflection ring has a diameter of 100 mils and the big deflection ring has a diameter of 200 mils. You can calculate the rest yourself using the formula: Range = (Wingspan/Length x 1,000) : (Target size in mils)
