Looking to purchase a turn key "Flying Circus" set up, from software to goggles and cpu...

Im looking to purchase the whole magilla. Game stores have been no help...I have an oculus with WWI fighters, and it nice, but the graphics in Flying Circus are sick.

Two days ago, Mark Ragan fielded this question at Dogfight Diary but I was unable to help so I referred him here. 

 

As I understand it, Mark would like to acquire new equipment if possible; but if someone in this group has moved up to better gear and has a used rig in good condition for sale, that might be an option, too. 

 

I gave all my spares away a couple years ago; maybe one of you can help him?

There is a huge lack of information. Where is Mark located? What is the budget? What hardware is already present and will be kept?
