21th May 1940 Battle of France BF109E3 intercept Mission

August 20

The Situation:

-German Forces have reached the Channel Coast near Abbeville and your unit is fighting on the southern area against the Armee de l'Air and the RAF.

-Incoming enemy planes have been reported.

-Your flight of 4 BF109-E3 has to intercept the enemy together with a flight of BF110-C Zerstörer.

-Your are wingman no.2, stay always close to your Schwarmführer.

Suggestion how to fly the mission:

-I have flown this mission today with VR without testing directly as a campaign mission and it worked well.

-flight time: ca. 15-25minutes

-after enemy contact you can decide to fly home or to stay with your flight.

-but if you fly alone / seperated from your flight you will not be warned if the enemy attacks, better to return as fast as possible at low level...
